In Rías Baixas, 2019 was a rainy year, and the water stored in the soil contributed to the satisfactory development of the grapes. Although the summer was generally mild, August temperatures were high, which caused the grapes to ripen quickly, reaching the desired alcohol content and acidity by the end of that month.
