The nose is aromatic and slightly vinous, opening with orchard blossoms, golden delicious apple, and citrus peel, underpinned by subtle oak-derived nuances of vanilla pod, toasted brioche, and spiced plum. On the palate, the entry is crisp and tightly wound, backed by a ultra-low extra-brut dosage. The wood influence adds welcome texture and weight to the mid-palate, while a vibrant, punchy acidity keeps the red and white fruit flavors dancing toward a dry, snappy, and pleasantly savory-chalky finish.
