2010 elevated Burgundy’s greatest white wines to near-classical perfection: power, acidity and minerality in rare harmony. Domaine Henri Boillot has a tiny holding of approximately 0.12 hectares in Montrachet.


This Montrachet is a grand and intensely concentrated wine, yet its true greatness lies in its precision. It really benefits from an hour decantation. The nose reveals ripe citrus, toast, white flowers and wet stone. On the palate, the wine is deep, almost electric, with mineral tension carrying the structure through an extraordinarily long finish. A monumental Montrachet with seemingly endless energy. Drink now to 2040. – JL 97p (May 2026)
