Written Notes
A Champagne with the base wines vinified in small oak barrels, displaying a bright yellow colour with green-golden hue. Expressive nose with balmy character, ripe hazelnuts and walnuts, hints of apple peel, earthy minerality and hints of gingerbread spices in the background. On the palate well structured with distinct character, influenced by the vinification under oak. Elegant minerality, balmy spiciness and ripe fruit, quinces, apple and apple peel. Excellent depth and length in combination with a very fine mousseux.
