Crafted in honor of founder Fang Wang's father, this expressive Ningxia Syrah embodies her bold, unconventional approach that earned her the nickname "Crazy Fang" and recognition as one of China's most influential winemakers by Drinks Business (2019). Since establishing Kanaan Winery in 2011, Wang's distinctive style shines through in this wine's intense aromas of black/blue fruits and mineral undertones. The palate bursts with ripe blackcurrant, spice complexity, and a velvety finish reminiscent of milk chocolate—showcasing Ningxia's potential for world-class Syrah. A powerful yet elegant red, perfect with braised short ribs or mushroom dishes, it celebrates the legacy of a pioneer who redefined Chinese winemaking. Limited production
