The recent and rapid rise in popularity of Rosé wines is most probably due to the beautiful Rosé of Champagne, and here at Legras & Haas, we have created a wine which can be deep and romantic one day and fresh and light hearted the next. The most unusual feature of its blend is the high proportion of chardonnay giving a fresh acidity. It may be an irreverent way to make rosé but it suits our style and produces an champagne with a fine finale to suit every occasion.
A luminous pink color and a creamy mousse, it has intriguing harmony between fruity aromas of raspberry and ginger and notes of butter.
Legras & Haas Rosé certainly has a subtle way of making itself unforgettable.
