The Story
Maceration takes place over a period of about 15 days. After the fermentations are completed, the wine is aged for 12 months in American oak barrels where tannins are finned out and the fresh and fruity taste of this wine is completed. Wine is aged 12 months in barrel and 12 months in bottle.
