There is richness here. Chocolate and black pudding notes. Chocolate cake. Some oak evident but good fruit. My impression was it was more likely McLaren Vale than Barossa but a fine line and hardly the first time I have made that mistake This is still quite youthful, but has nice length. A mid weight style. Terrific wine.
