Tommasi vineyards in the Soave and Lake Garda areas Altitude: 220-270 m. Exposure south /south-west; Cultivated in soil originating from flaking limestone loam.
Vinification
A part of the grapes are partially dried for 1 month prior to being gently pressed, and then 6 months maturation in stainless steel tanks.
