The Estate Graf Adelmann stands for fine Rieslings and red wines; the very finest bear the well-known label „Brüssele’r Spitze.“ Traditionally, the Adelmann wines are dry, and the reds are endowed with powerful tannins. Yet the white wines of Graf Adelmann are also highly rated, particularly Riesling. Traminer and Weissburgunder are excellent with meals.
