Wine Moments

Here you can see wine moments from tastingbook users. or to see wine moments from your world.

Debra Meiburg MW, Wine Writer (Hong Kong SAR China)  had a tasting of  8 Wines  from  7 Producers

2014 Chateau Soucherie Anjou Rouge AOC / The Anjou region of the Loire produces amongst the world's most delicate and light-bodied Cabernet Franc.  These wines are not hot-alcohol bullies, but a satisfying bridge between Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon.  Medium garnet colour, red berry and plum fruits with hints of farmyard, light mid-palate, fresh acidity and convincing tannins, this wine is sufficiently versatile to serve with a range of fowls and robust meats.
