The 1911 is 100% Pinot Noir made from various lieu-dits in Bouzy with dosage of 10 g/l.
A blend of three vintages of 2004, 2005 and 2006 (in 2018). Some of the wine has been allowed to have alcoholicity in small oak barrels purchased from Barsac's Château Doisy-Daëne.
