"This is part of the domaine’s old holdings, rather than made from purchased grapes. The single parcel amounts to 0.16 hectares, equivalent to two and a half barrels. It’s quite a taut expression of the Grand Cru, with underlying richness but none of the exuberance Bâtard can show. Tight and well balanced, with impressive palate length. 2020-30.
