The Story
This organic estate beautifully situated next to Châteaux Figeac and Chateau Cheval Blanc. Dark purple colour, nose is quite expressive but classic with ripe fruit plummy and blackberry fruit, structured, fresh tannins, good acidity with a velvety texture, ripeness and menthol, spicy flavours.
Wine Information
The 2020 vintage saw the arrival of a new system of sorting and receiving the grapes and this has resulted in a a denser wine with silky tannins. Lots of character, spice and intensity on the finish, this is a powerful yet fresh wine.

In Bordeaux, the heat led to early flowering. Additionally, this led to an early harvest after a very hot summer. As a starting point, there is great maturity in the grapes, and we can expect a more opulent vintage than in recent years.
