The Story
Tradition is the perfect name for the classic marriage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, which are blended here to achieve a cuvée full of roundness. A straw-yellow colour, with an assertive attack. The palate is full, fleshy, harmonious and very expressive.
2/3 Chardonnay, 1/3 Pinot Noir
Aged on the lees for 2 to 3 years.
