Written Notes
I drank a handsome magnum in perfect condition and must say that I was more impressed by the nose than by the taste. In the mouth the wine tastes a little thin and short, with a fine mousse and discreet buttery character. The nose is Burgundy-like and bound with gamy, vegetal aromas. Actually, the wine's scent is highly reminiscent of a strongly reduced chicken or vegetable stock.
