Written Notes

Pale lemon yellow. Apples, citrus, cinnamon and minerals nose. Fresh acidity, lively, fresh and fruity, leaner palate, fairly detailed, long. 91

An expressive example for Corton-Charlemagne with bright yellow colour and green hue. Complex nose with aroma reminsicent of hazelnuts and roasted lobster shells, wet chalk, elegant citrus fruit and hints of lemon zest in the background, fine oak spices. On the palate opulent with rich and creamy texture, well balanced acidity, excellent weight and length.
