Domaine Drouhin Dundee Hills Pinot Noir 2021 is a refined and expressive Oregon Pinot with a lovely balance of bright fruit and elegant structure. The nose is lifted and inviting, showing red cherry, raspberry and cranberry framed by hints of rose petal, forest floor and spice.
On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with silky, finely tuned tannins and vibrant acidity that give focus to the pure red fruit core. Flavours of strawberry, pomegranate and a touch of orange zest unfold alongside subtle earthy and herbal nuances, all supported by a gentle mineral thread.
The finish is clean, poised and persistent, lingering with fresh red fruit and delicate spice. A graceful and poised Pinot Noir with both immediate appeal and the structure to develop further nuance with bottle age.
