Domaine Drouhin Roserock Zéphirine Pinot Noir 2021 is a graceful and expressive Oregon Pinot with finesse and clarity. The nose opens with bright aromas of wild strawberry, cranberry and raspberry, complemented by floral notes of rose petal, subtle spice and a hint of forest floor.
On the palate it is medium-bodied with silky, fine-grained tannins and vibrant acidity that give lift and purity to the red fruit core. Flavours of red cherry, pomegranate and hints of citrus zest unfold alongside delicate earthy and herbal nuances, all framed by a gentle mineral undertone.
