Wine Description
The Story
This unique wine is made from Sylvaner grapes from old vines. The yield is low 40hl/ha and average production is only 5500-6000 bottles. The first vintage was 2015.
VINIFICATION: Presses all the clusters. Natural yeast development. The wine ferments at about 18-20 degrees and lies on the fermentation for 6-8 months. Very fine filtration before bottling.
