Vogelsang Große Lage 2022

Bright yellow colour with green golden hue. Elegant and complex nose with expressive character, ripe apricots and peaches, ripe apple and a whiff of pear, hints of honey and tropical fruit, starfruit and pineapple, white blossoms and orange blossoms, lemon balm, discreet hints of aromatic herbs in the background. On the palate well structured with fine acidity, distinct slate minerality, rich flavour quoting the nose, complemented by a whiff of toasting in the aftertaste. A wine with creamy texture, although the acidity is quite expressive. Excellent depth and length.
