Written Notes

Bright yellow colour with green hue. Aromatic nose with multi-layered character, refined fruit, juicy apricots and mango and pineapple stalk in the background. Complemented by very fine floral hints and aromatic herbs remininscent of wisteria and sage. On the palate excellent depth, densely woven structure, straight character with distinct slate minerality. Juicy fruit quoting the nose, excellent length and depth with balanced sweetness and wonderful acidity, representing a new definition of the Kabinett style. This wine heralds a new era of Kabinett wines.
