Vintage 1999

Australia Vintage Report:1999 also had a dry winter in Australia, with average temperatures for all months. Good looking normal size bottle. Colour is yellow, and looking bright and medium. On the nose it is open, intense, ripe, seductive, generous, rich and refined. The taste is fresh, harmonious, fruity, fragrant, vivid, refined, toasty, and dry, and high in acidity, medium-bodied, with balanced, well-structured, well-integrated, good texture structure and youthful. On the palate it is layered and has tropical fruits, mineral, toasty, buttery and citrus flavours. The finish is long, lingering, flavorful and vibrant. This wine is fine and fine. Perfectly stored bottles are still very worthy and will last well for another 1-5 years and decant at least 45min before tasting.
