The Story

This site is higher elevation and has cooler evenings, which creates later ripening, lots of minerality, and concentration. The vineyards we work with are farmed using the most up-to-date sustainable practices.

Good looking normal size bottle. Colour is ruby red and medium. On the nose it is youthful, fresh, ripe, refined and charming. The taste is refined, harmonious, round, with silky tannins, and average in acidity, full-bodied, with balanced structure and youthful. On the palate it is layered and has blackberry, plum and spice flavours. The finish is long and round. This wine is well-rounded and fine. Decant at least 2h before tasting.
