Wine Information
As usual, the wine was vinified on its lees in casks with regular bâtonnage and underwent no filtration at all. The wines are complex and full bodied, and we decided to complete the blend with 9% of reserve wines from the 2003 harvest, 2% from 2002, 8% from 2001, and 2% from 2000. Bottling produced 328,826 bottles, 12,050 magnums and 300 jeroboams.
