This champagne is from 70 year old vines. From a single vineyard of the same name, this exceptional champagne carries the moniker «Terres de Noël»- name of the plot. All year long we care for these vines to achieve a perfect expression of our fabulous Oger terroir. Chardonnay from this vineyard is carefully pressed and vinified to achieve a refined and racy champagne after years of ageing in our cellars. The inimitable style and rare personality of this champagne is unequalled, with silky fine bubbles, delicate aromas and length.
Ideal as an aperitif where it displays minerality, fineness and exceptional complexity.
Blend: 100% Chardonnay d’Oger
Dosage brut: 8g/l
Warmest conditions since 2003, optimal maturity, healthy fruit. Balanced wines with average sugars, lower acidities. High overall maturity. Vintage year for some, principally récoltants-manipulants (individual growers). In ’09, new EU rules reduced dosage for Brut to 12 g/l.
