This classically traditionnal champagne is a blend of barrel fermented chardonnays from the 2006 and 2007 vintages. Extended ageing on lees has allowed the wine to develop deep and rich flavours covering the spectrum of almond, vanilla and toasted nuts to attain incomparable complexity. In keeping with tradition each bottles is hand finished in the manner of a bygone era.
