TERROIR
The vineyard is located near Bourges, south of Sancerre, on gentle slopes. The soil is composed of clay and limestone overlying Kimmeridgian marls.
VINIFICATION
Cold static settling at a low temperature, and fermentation in small-sized vats.
Winemaker’s notes Pale golden colour.
A very intense nose with notes of citrus and tropical fruit.
A generous flavour with a nice freshness over a very aromatic finish (pineapple).
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
The perfect accompaniment to seafood as well as meat pies, composed salads and cheese.
Ideal serving temperature is between 8° to 12°C. After pouring this wine, allow it to breathe for a few moments so that it may release all of its aromas.
