Bright yellow colour with slightly green hue. Aromatic nose with fine citrus fruit, ripe lemon and hints of tangerine zests, elder blossoms with hints of mint and lemon balm in the background. Complemented by ripe apple, peach and honeydew melon. On the palate well structured with fine acidity and juicy fruit, ripe citrus fruit, pomaceous fruit, floral hints and a whiff of green hazelnuts, displaying a fruit quoting the nose. Shows good tension and length.
