Grapes coming from our vines transmit the carefully-controlled culture of the Marne Valley.
Optimum ripeness and specially-selected for making red wine.
Vinification is in temperature-regulated, stainless-steel tanks for the Chardonnay wine and in oak barrels for the red wine.
The alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperature (15° C) which conserves all of the aromatic finesse.
