The Story

Blend: Chardonnay 100% (a cuvée from the best barrels)

Vineyard: In Russian River Valley, Sonoma on the Bank of the river Hillside, South facing exposure with goldridge and volcanic soil.

Winemaking:  Picking cluster by cluster. Fermentation in barrel through native yeast 100% Malolactic. Ageing sur lies with bâtonnage in French oak from artisan coopers.
