Vineyard: Fort Ross-Seaview appellation. On the 2nd ridge off Pacific Ocean on 1,100 feet of elevation. Goldridge sedimentary soil.
Winemaking: Picking cluster by cluster, berry per berry. Fermentation with native yeasts. Ageing 14 months in French oak from artisan coopers. No filtration.
