Vineyard: Fort Ross-Seaview appellation – On the second ridge off Ocean on a high elevation and Goldridge soil.

Winemaking:  Picking cluster by cluster. Fermentation in barrel through native yeast 100% Malolactic. Ageing sur lies with bâtonnage
in French oak from selected coopers.
