Written Notes
Clos des Papes Blanc 2011
Huge nose filled with flowers, ripe fruit, lemon, lemon skins, stone fruit, fresh nuts, marzipan, butter, honey notes and an underlying minerality.
Full bodied and fresh though slightly low in acid. The palate brims with ripe stone fruit, oily citrus, yellow apples, nuts, marzipan, slated butter and minerals on the finish. Big but elegant. Top white CnDP!
