The 2014 Quinault L’Enclos has meat and dried blood-infused red fruit on the nose, possibly with some expressive Cabernet Franc in the mix. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly green tannins on the entry that are framed by fresh black fruit. There is fine tension and a sense of energy conveyed by the finish and it should age well.
