Blend: 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay

Origin: The villages of Ecueil and Villiers-aux-Noeuds on the northern slopes of Montagne de Rems.
Winemaking: Basic wine fermentation and maturing have occurred in 50% steel rods and 50% in oak barrels. Some of the wine mix has had to be acidic malolactic fermentation.
Tasting notes: Crystal clear, pale yellowish color. The fragrance is fresh, rich, slightly developed; plum, citrus, pear, almond. The taste is dry, supple, mineral long and fruity.
