Vincent Dauvissat is one of Chablis' most prestigious and sought-after estates. He farms nearly 23 acres of meticulously kept vineyards, all in Premier Cru appellations. These vines are splendidly sited on hillsides underlain by Jurassic limestone which give the wines incredible terroir.
