Bright, intense yellow colour. The perfumey nose has floral, ripe lemon, golden apple and smoky nose with wood sorrel aromas. Round and dry light-bodied palate with intense fruity texture. Mellow yet vivid acidity, gentle lemony bite on gums in the end. Very appealing, round and supple wine with lovely nuances of ripe fruits, spices and minerality. Drink now. Serve at 10-12°C with spicy Prawn pasta. JL 89p (2/2021)
