Vintage 2016

A near-perfect growing season

Written Notes

Good looking normal size bottle. Colour is brick red, and looking evolved and medium. On the nose it is open, wide, generous, forward, rich and complex. The taste is round, rich, toasty, voluptuous, vigor, ripe, with silky tannins, and average in acidity, full-bodied, with balanced structure and developing. On the palate it is layered and has earthy, plum, spice, licorice, herbs and leather flavours. The finish is long, extensive, flavorful, spicy and round. This wine is well-rounded. Perfectly stored bottles are still very worthy and will last well for another 1-5 years and decant at least 45min before tasting.
