This is a
piggy pink classic from Marlborough. On the schnozz nose, it's filled with ripe fruit flavours like field strawberry, mandarin and watermelon. With a drop like this, you'll be as happy as a pig in mud on a summer's day.
The fruit for this wine was found in the middle of nowhere selected from picturesque sites across Marlborough. Harvested in the freezing crack
of dawn cool conditions, the fruit was delicately pressed to extract pure fruit avours and minimal colour. After separating the juice from lees, it was fermented in stainless steel with two yeasts chosen to make the wine even more awesome enhance fruit expression, body and texture. After fermentation, the wine was racked, ltered and bottled.
