Wine Information

The Quella 2011 emerges charming aromas of blue and black fruits on the nose. This vintage expresses the attributes of freshness and minerality upon entry but on the palate the wine has a particular roundness. Good looking normal size bottle. Colour is purple, and looking bright, dark and deep. On the nose it is youthful, ripe, pure, fresh and closed. The taste is fresh, round, fruity, perfumed, toasty, vivid, refined, with medium tannin ., with silky tannins, and average in acidity, full-bodied, with balanced, well-structured, concentrated structure and youthful. On the palate it is layered and has blackcurrant, spice, mint and cherry flavours. The finish is long, pure, spicy and vibrant. This wine is sophisticated, fine and impressive. Perfectly stored bottles are still very worthy and will last well for another 10-15 years and decant at least 2t before tasting.
