The Story

A new approach starting in 1985

Written Notes

Canon-La-Gaffeliere- smooth, soft and supple, very balanced, fruity and elegant, tasty and with nice fruity finish. 90p.

Ruby with broad brick rim. Floral, violets, sweet tobacco, perfumed and quite intense, some animal notes, mature, cedar. Almost sweet with perfect acidity, just carrying the fruit like a string, perfection! Elegant and refreshing, sour cherries, tannins gone, elegant texture, drying a bit in the finish. Drink now, what a pleasant surprise. 94
