Written Notes

Good looking normal size bottle and has by the neck level. Colour is yellow, and looking bright and light. On the nose it is open, round, seductive and fresh. The taste is fresh, focused,voluptuous, and average in acidity, medium-bodied, with balanced and well-integrated structure. On the palate it is layered and has white fruits, creamy, honey, apricot, perfumed, vanilla, tropical fruits and tar flavours. The finish is medium long, lingering, gentle and flavorful. This wine is transparent and fine. Decant at least 30min before tasting. Good value for money.

Bright, straw yellow colour. Open, fruity nose with yellow plums and fresh apples. Dry, firm, and cripsy palate with good mousse and fresh apple notes. Firm and refined finish. – JL 91p (3/2023)

A luminous golden colour with flecks of green and very fine and elegant bubbles.

Fine and deep aromas recall notes of marzipan, dried fruit and candied citrus. Notes of William pear, sesame seeds, lime blossom and aniseed enhance the minerality of the wine. Fresh and invigorating on the palate with aromas
of nougat and zest. Woody hints and a touch of chalkiness give way to a saline, delicate and pure finish.
