Pale salmon with golden highlights and a persistent, fine mousse. Vibrant, fruity nose exhibits subtle cherry and wild strawberry with a hint of lemon and discreet caramel and yeast nuances. At once fruity and creamy in the mouth, with a firm, elegant acid structure. This is a fairly complex and quite harmonious boutique sparkling wine.
