“Medium-deep lemony colour. Expressive nose with spicy and woody undernotes and plentiful fruit. Yellow apple, pear compote, pineapple, dried flowers, curry, salted liquorice and juniper wood. Beautifully full and silky-textured on the palate with unusual vinous charm. Soft mousse and finely integrated, feisty acidity. Full of character, rich and flavourful, with new layers surfacing by the minute. Drink Dates: 2025 - 2032.”
