Agrapart's Mineral is made from old vines in Avize and Cramant and presents the most mineral-driven, laser-like wine of the Agrapart lineup.
Vineyard: This is a blend of téte de cuvée selections from two parcels: one in Avize (Les Champboutons) and one in Cramant (Les Bionnes).
Soil: High limestone content

Variety: 100% Chardonnay
Vineyard: Blend of the 2013 vintage come from the plots of Avize (Button Field) and Cramant (Bionnes) on the same geological profile, poor soil, very calcareous. The vines are over 50 years old.
Vinification:
- Partial vinification in demi-muids and vats
- 100% malo-lactic fermentation
- Bottling carried out in May 2014 without fining or filtration

The Champagne harvest 2013– late, but potentially outstanding
It has been another strange year for Champagne, starting with a cold, wet winter, followed by a gloomy, chilly spring with a lot of rain. Vine development started two weeks behind the ten-year average, and never made up for that lost time.
Along the way came a hot dry summer, boosting fruit quality thanks to the most sunshine ever recorded in Champagne in July and August.
