Agrapart's Mineral is made from old vines in Avize and Cramant and presents the most mineral-driven, laser-like wine of the Agrapart lineup.
Vineyard: This is a blend of téte de cuvée selections from two parcels: one in Avize (Les Champboutons) and one in Cramant (Les Bionnes).
Soil: High limestone content

Vinification: The wine underwent 100% malolactic fermentation, and was fermented in stainless steel. It was left unfiltered, and aged sur lie for 4 years. Manual riddling with a dosage of 4 grams.
Ageing: Aged mostly in stainless steel, with 25% aged in used 600L casks. Disgorged June 2012

The next most exceptional vintage since 2008. A truly difficult growing season saw severe frosts in the winter. March brought warmth but early budbreak made the vines vulnerable to spring frosts. Overall, the early growing season was wet, and mildew became a serious issue. However, conditions improved dramatically in the later summer months.
