Nice lively stream of bubbles; medium viscosity; nose shows some lactic aromas with bread crust, intertwined with apricot, hints of gasoline, tire, then comes vanilla, banana ripe skin. Palate is beautifully balanced round and lean, salty, chalky, mousse still making its way to the wine. Fudge, nectar of royal dates (versus dry dates) and dry apricot, dry mangoes, condensed milk (sending me back to my childhood in senegal). Nice acidity compensating the short length of the wine... Delectable. A beautiful wine just to thank god's blessings for being a pionneer... Exquisite bootle for the pleasure of the eye and the palate.
