Wine Description
The Story
Blend: 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier
Dosage: 8 g/L
Our Champagne Rosé retains the Maison style and takes on the characteristics of the Brut Réserve without year, always with an important blend of reserve wines. This blend is completed by 13% red wines from 100% Pinot Noir cultivated and specially selected to give a marvelous balance to this Rosé.
Tasting notes: The nose is smoky and mineral with beautiful aromas of red fruits (cherry, morello cherry). On the palate, the attack is fresh and invigorating, then gives way to a subtle harmony based on red fruits. The finish has a very positive little bitterness which energizes and enhances the mouth. The magic works: the wine is delicious, full, seductive. Delicious in its youth, this delicate Rosé is readily shared one-on-one or surrounded by friends. It is wonderfully expressed as an aperitif wine or to accompany a dessert with red fruits such as a strawberry charlotte or a panna cotta with wild berries.
