The Eberbach Monastery is not only the most valuable wine estate in Germany, it is also the German wine estate having the most steep slopes (70 hectares with a gradient of more than 35 %).It was recognized early at the Eberbach Monastery that special wines grow on the steep slopes in the Rheingau. Djup bärnstensfärg.
Boaserade toner som påminne rmig om de första gångerna som jag drack riktgt mogen Riesling. Denna typ av doft får man bara från riktigt fin terroir. I bakgrunden finns det en köttig (!) nästan obsen animalisk doft som verkligen är intressant och mycket tilltalande.
Halvsöt med klingande syra. Nötig och complex på samma gang. Oj vad jag går i gång på det här.
